Theoretical perspectives, up to date research, the use of appropriate assessment and practice exercises in shaping preparation will be covered. It is based on the body of research and practice experience contained in the AIM Restorative Practice and HSB (Mercer 2020) and participants will need access to that guidance in order to complete the training. This two-day course will enable participants to have a clear understanding of restorative practices and their use in sensitive and complex cases which involve harmful sexual behavior. The game gradually gets more difficult as time goes on. You start with 3 lives and for each target which disappears, you will lose a life. The targets will grow and shrink over time. AIM PRACTICE HOW TOHow To Play The game will show targets you must click. We do not encourage any person who scores lower than 1000 points (on Desktop) to become a pro-gamer. Aim Practive Online Boost Your Aim Mouse Accuracy Click the targets which appear. The final score equals the points you get in the game plus the remaining time (in seconds). You need to click the targets as fast and accurately as you can within 60 seconds. This would equate to practitioners at an intermediate or advanced level or be managing staff at that level. This test will measure how good your overall aim skill is. Participants may have only a basic understanding of harmful sexual behaviours, but ideally should have practice experience in the field of restorative work with cases defined by the RJC Practice Guidance as ‘Sensitive and Complex’. This two-day course is primarily targeted at experienced restorative practitioners working either in the criminal justice system or in the context of a child safeguarding/therapeutic environment.
